Sukanya : Empowering families and children– Sukanya Project is tribute to Ms. Sukanya who lost her life in 2023 in USA. The Family Strengthening Project was launched in West Bengal on 16 August, 2024. CEAC believes that empowering families and providing support to sail through the difficult times will ensure well-being of children and family. Women is the backbone of a family and any community. We also believe that “Each time a women stands up for herself, without knowing it and without claiming it she stands up for all women”. The launch with traditional Rabindra Sangeet by community girls was perfect for the project. Empowering families and women in West Bengal.
